Booking and cancellation terms
The short version: you send a request, we confirm, you pay in cash after your session. Here are the details.
Back to the request formWho we are
Playtide Surf School is run by Mounaime and Nouamane, in Tamraght, Morocco. Email: contact@playtide.surf. Phone and WhatsApp: +212 637 989 845.
How booking works
Lessons take place on the beach, by appointment. Sending the form on our website is a request, not a booking. Your session is booked once we confirm it by WhatsApp or email, with the date, time and meeting point. We choose the beach for the day's conditions and take your wishes into account. If we can't offer the date you asked for, we suggest another one, and you're free to say no.
Prices and payment
Prices are per person for a 1 h 30 session, in euros. There's nothing to pay online and no deposit. You pay in cash after your session, in euros or dirhams. We don't add any fees.
What's included
Open Group Sessions, Private Group Surf and Private Surf Coaching include your instructor, a surfboard (soft foam or hard) and a wetsuit. Surf Guiding includes your guide and transport to the spot; bring your own board and wetsuit, or hire them from us. We don't offer pick-up for lessons.
Your safety
You don't need to be a strong swimmer, but you need to be at ease in the water. Please tell us about any injury or health condition before your session. Children are welcome from 6, with a parent or guardian on the beach. Your instructor can shorten a session, or keep a surfer out of the water, if it isn't safe. Surf Guiding is for surfers who already catch unbroken waves on their own.
Weather and sea conditions
We check the conditions before every session. If the sea isn't safe, we move your session to another time or cancel it. You never pay for a session that doesn't happen.
If you cancel or change your plans
Cancelling is free: you haven't paid anything. Just let us know by WhatsApp or email.
